An academic minor provides an opportunity to broaden your educational experience through subject areas outside of your comfort zone.

More than half of the minors at the University of Michigan can be completed within the 128 credit hour requirement for a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree.

Students interested in the College of Engineering Honors Program should begin to explore an academic minor as early as their freshman year.
