EGL Student Support Fund for Global Experience
The EGL Student Support Fund for Global Experience was founded in December 2021. This is endowed funding will pay for the costs of one student to participate in the EGL Volunteer Abroad experience. Preference will be given to students who have never participated in an EGLVolunteer Abroad experience and who demonstrate financial need.
This fund was established by the following lead donors: Katie Bevier, Stacie Edington, Daniel Kiefer, Jonathan Opdyke, and Amit Shah. This group of EGL alumni and staff observed the impact of the EGL Volunteer Abroad experience and established the fund in commitment to making this experience possible for any EGL student, regardless of their financial situation.
